Shipping Your Products to us

How and where should I ship my products to ensure they arrive at Hermeslines?

After placing an order through our “Buy Now” feature or our store, or by ordering directly from our sales team via chat or contact, you will receive details about our warehouses for shipping and where to send your products. You are responsible for arranging shipping to us. Once you have arranged shipping and paid for a delivery product/service, we will handle the rest.

How are importation and import tax handled?

The shipper you have used to send your freight/products/pallets to us will ensure that your products clear customs and will update you accordingly. In the event that your shipper has not already charged you for import tax—meaning they have not contacted you regarding import tax and instead have sought payment from us for the import tax—we will forward payment instructions to you.

Storage & Fulfillment

How long can i store my products?

You can store your products with us for as long as you continue to pay the service fee established by Hermeslines. The only instances in which we would terminate storage services would be if the company either shuts down or decides to discontinue this specific service.

What is the maximum I can store with HermesLines?

The maximum storage capacity you can utilize with HermesLines depends on current availability and your specific needs. We strive to accommodate a wide range of storage requirements, from small parcels to large pallets. However, we recommend contacting our sales team to discuss your specific storage needs. This will allow us to provide you with the most accurate and tailored information should any of our current plans not suit your specific needs. Our goal is to support your business growth by offering flexible storage solutions that can adapt to your changing demands.

Do you offer fulfillment services that are not listed on the shop?

Yes, we offer tailored solutions beyond what is listed on our shop, including both storage facilities and shipment options. For more information on this, please contact our sales team.

Do you support fulfilment & storage for all e-commerce platforms?

Yes, we provide storage and fulfillment services to both new and existing e-commerce platforms operating in the US.

What types of products can I store at your facility?

We accept all products that can be sold through retail chains as well as on e-commerce platforms. Proper packaging from you or the product manufacturer is required to ensure the products arrive safely at our facility and to the customer. We offer additional packaging support after the products arrive, should you need it. Our services cater to a broad range of products, accommodating various retail and e-commerce channels.

Payment and Purchasing Process

How can I trust HermesLines to process my online payment and deliver services?

All our payments are processed through Stripe, a leading financial payments provider. We do not confirm your payment until you have read and signed our contracts for the services you have purchased. You will receive this contract upon making a payment through our Stripe checkout, or directly from us should you agree to an order with us outside of our online payment store (e.g., agreeing to make a purchase while texting with us on WhatsApp).

We offer a 100% refund policy should we fail to provide our services as agreed within the service contract.

Are there ways to pay other than credit/debit card or Line?
